With over 40 years of hands-on and management experience, Paul Kinney brings both a degree in Business Administration and 40+ years of hands-on and management experience to NICCS. He is the founder of North Idaho Construction Consulting Services and he offers unparalleled expertise to every project he takes on.

 

Paul discovered his passion for construction early in his career. While working in the field to pay for college, he developed his skills for the building process, both as a business and as an opportunity to provide a quality product. During his studies, he continued to hone his trade skills as a journeyman carpenter and gained invaluable experience in all sub-trades.

 

Paul has successfully managed projects in excess of $20 million, including those requiring mass grading, hillside construction, public works improvements, shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings, grocery stores, and luxury homes.

Paul’s management and administration knowledge along with his field experience, have given him the ability to take the large commercial construction business model and re-define it to meet the unique demands of the high-end luxury home market.

 

As a Principal of Race Point Inc, Paul lead Race Point for over 23 years, receiving multiple design and construction awards, with publications in several trade magazines. Race Point’s projects have been featured in Architectural Digest and many other publications, as well as a luxury home featured on the television show “Beautiful Homes and Great Escapes”.

 

Now as Founder of NICC, Paul brings his skills, experiences and accomplishments to North Idaho to help clients manage and execute their projects with the highest level of excellence.
